- السيرو: في كسرونى نضيف كأس من عصير الليمون و كأس من السكر و نضيفهم فوق النار حتى يغلي لمدة 2 دقايق ونتركه يبرد ثم نقوم بتكه بعود الاسنان ثم نضيف السيرو ونسقي به الكيكة ثم في كسرونى نضيف 3 معلق حليب و12 قطعة من الشكولاتة و نضيفهم على نار مهيلة ثم نقوم بتحريك المستمر حتى يدوب الشكولاتة و نضيف له دانيت الشكولاتة ونمجزهم جيدا ونتركه يبرد قليلا ثم نضيفه إلى الكيكة ثم نتركه يبرد قليلا و نزينه باللوز إفيلي.
