- من جهة أخرى نحضر الكريمة كأس كريم شانتيه مع كأس حليب بارد جداً أو ماء ونطلعهم جيداً حتى تثقل الكريمة وتتماسك نقسمها على 3 الأولى نضيفلها ملعقة او 2 شوكولاته الطلي او شوكولاته مذابة ونخلط بالباتور الثانية نضيفلها ملون ونخلط والثالثه كذالك يستحسن ماتكثروش الملون لأنو يخلي الكريمة مرة.
