- في المكسور نضع البيض والفانيليا نضرب الخليط جيدا ثم نضيف الزيت شيئا فشيئا مع التحريك ثم نضيف اسكر وياغورت كاس من القهوة سرع دوبان تم نخلطهم جيدا في اناء نسكب الخليط تم نضيف عليه الدقيق مع الخميرة تدريجيا وثم نقسم الخليط لنصفين النصف الأول يبقى كما هو و النصف الثاني نضيف له بودرة شوكولاطة.
- ثم نحضر قالب الكيك نذهنه بالزبدة و نرشه بالدقيق ونأخد الإينائين تكون خليط الكيك العادي نسكوبه في قلب الكيك اول تم ناخد كيك الشوكولاطة اسود نسكبه على خليط الاول إلى حين حصولنا على كيكة نصفها أبيض والنصف الثاني أسود ندخلها للفرن مدة 45 دقيق نار مهيل حت تطلع وتحتمر من تحت ثم نشعل عليها من فوق حتى تأخد لون ذهبي ثم نوزينو فوقها بخطوط الشوكولاتة الابيض والاسود واللوز المهرمش.
