- حتى نتحصل على خليط متجانس.
- نضع الخليط في قوالب ورقية مخصصة للكيك بشرط أن نملا ثلاثة ارباع القوالب ثم نضعها في فرن يكون مسخن مسبقا على درجة حرارة 170 درجة مئوية.
- عندما تنضج نحضر السيرو حليب مع الشوكولاته و نشرب الكيك.
- في هذه الأثناء نقوم باذابة الشوكولاته في حمام مريم و نضيف المكسرات.
- ثم نقوم بوضعه فوق الكيك و يزين حسب الرغبة و شهية طيبة 😍.
