- بعدا ذالك نزيل السكس من طنجرة نسقيه بكمية من الماء كمية مهمة ثم نرجعه يفور مرة تانية مدة 30 دقيقة.
- بعد ذالك نزيلة و نسقيه بالماء جيداً نضيف ربع كأس زيت نباتية ونتركه يتشرب جيداً مدة 10 حتى 15 دقيقة و في طنجرة نضيف الخضر المتبقية و نتركها تنضج.
- بعد مرور الوقت على كسكس نرجعه يوفر جيداً بعد ما تنضج الخضر و الكسكس نقدمه بصحة وراحة.
