- نصف البسكوت مرة أخرى فوق الطبقة الاولى ونطبخ نفس الخليط مرة أخرى مع اضافة الكاكاو عندما يصبح الخليط سميكا و نسكبه ايضا فوق طبقة البسكوت و نفرده باستخدام ملعقة ايضا نضعه في البراد لمدة 4-5 ساعات..
