- نحط شوية زيت زيتون في الصاج مع البصل والثوم وقليل ملح ونخليهم يتشوحو حتى يذبل البصل.. ثم نظيف الفلفل الرومي مقطع.. نحرك الكل حتى يذبل.
- نظيف صدر الدجاج مقطع مربعات ونحرك..حتى يتغير لون الدجاج ثم نظيف البهارات ونتركه يستوي ثم نظيف البقدونس.. واخر شي الاجبان ونطفي عليه.
- في هذه الاثناء نقوم بسلق المكرونه في ماء وملح وملعقة زيت زيتون.
- لما تستوي نصفيها ونضع عليها قعطة زبدة صغيرة.
- ثم نصبها على خليط الدجاج ونحرك جيدا...ونقدمها وبالف صحة وعافية😋🌹.
