- نقطع العحينة المورقة الى اثنين "الوصفة موجودة في المنشور السابق" كل وحدة نعملها على شكل دائري، نأخذ الدائرة الأولى ونضع كبقة من صلصة الطماطم ثم الحشو ويمكن اضافة جبن طري ثم نضع فوقها العجينة الثانية ونغلق الاطراف جيدا ثم ندهنها بصفار بيضة وفي هذه المرحلة لانقطعها بل نرسم بسكين الخطوط ونزينها بالزيتون ونتركها ترتاح على الافل نصف ساعة ثم ندخلها للفرن يكون مسخن على 160°، شهية طيبة.
