1. نحط الطحين في وعاء ونضع الماء والملح ونخلط حتى تصبح عجينه.
   
   
2. صينيه ام جهتين ونضع قليل من الزيت ثم نفرد عليها العجينه ونرش فوقها بعض الزيت ونضعها على النار لمدة 20 دقيقه كل 5 دقائق نقلب.
   
   
   
3. نخرجها اولا تقطع بالسكين ثم تفتت باليد ثم توضع على صاج.
   
   
4. نكب الزبده عليها ونقلبها لمدة 5 دقائق ثم نرش عليها العسل وتقدم مع الحليب وماشاء الله وبالعافيه.
