2. في إناء عميق نضع الحليب دافئ والماء دافئ والزيت والسكر نخلط جيداً باليد ثم نضيف البيض ونافع و شنان مع حكهم بكف اليد نضيف خليط الخميرة نخلط قليلا نضيف الفرينة تدريجيا مع الخميرة الكيميائية نلم العجينة حتى تصبح لدينا عجينة تلتصق نغطيها بكيس بلاستيكي مبلول بالماء الساخن نقطره جيداً وتغطي به الكعك ندعه يخمر حتى يتضاعف الحجم نشكلها كرات ثم حرابيش نضع ضربات بالمقص في الجنب ونلفه على شكل دائرة.
3. ندعه يخمر مرة ثانية حتى يتضاعف الحجم ندهنه يخليط الصفار مع ماء الزهر ونرش جلجلان (سمسم) و ندخله على فرن مسخن حتى يحمر.
