- على النار نضع الحليب و فلان و يحرك حتى الغليان.
- نضب الفلان وهو سخن على الكريمة و البسكويت و يطحن الكل.
- ثم نصب على الجينواز و يدخل للتلاجة لمدة 6 ساعات على الاقل.
- الطبقة تالتة.
- نذوب في حمام مريم الشوكولاته و نضيف عليها الياغورت ثم نصب الكل فوق الطبقة الثانية التي يجب ان تكون متماااسكة جيداً.
- تزين حسب الرغبة و تترك في الثلاجة ليلة كاملة لكي تقدم.
- بالهناء و الشفاء.
