بسم الله نبدا بتحضير صوص بيضاء نضع في قدر قطع الدجاج ونحط عليهم البصل والثوم والتوابل والفلفل الاسود والملح وحمص والزيت ونقلي الكل جيدا ونمرق بالماء ونتركها تنضج.
نحط نفور الكرنب تاعي حتى يذبال ونحط على جنب ونحضر الحشو ويكو ن اختيار نبدا بوضع الحشو في ورقة الكرنب وفوقها قطعة جبن ونغلق الورقة على شكل مربع حتى نكمل كامل الكمية ونحط صحن فيه بيض وصحن اخر فيه شابلير.
نحضر مقلاة نضع فيها زيت ونحط حبات الكرنب في البيض ثم الشابلير ونحطهم يتقلاو.
بعد ذلك نحطهم في ورق ماس ونحضر صحن الفرن ندهنو بالزبدة ونضع فيه الحبات المقليين ونفرغ عليه الصوص تاعي تكون ثقيلة ونزينها بالحمص وندخلو الفرن.
يكون هذا شكلو النهائي بعد ماتحمر كن فوق.
